The company employs approximately 300 staff, holds core optical protection technologies, and operates a modern manufacturing facility equipped with state-of-the-art production machinery, alongside a full suite of compliant qualifications and certification documents. Its U.S. entity serves as the group headquarters, overseeing overall operations and strategic planning, while the Chinese branch acts as the core manufacturing and processing base. The headquarters takes charge of core research and development, solution design and technical standard formulation, transferring proprietary techniques and craftsmanship to the Chinese side. It centrally plans and allocates production and testing equipment, sources core raw materials in accordance with unified headquarters standards, and manages global market expansion, brand operation and client liaison. The Chinese team supports on-site implementation, focusing on finished product fabrication, quality control and order fulfillment. Regular communication is maintained between the two teams to drive corporate growth collaboratively. In China, branch offices have been established in Shenzhen and Dongguan, occupying an integrated office and warehouse complex covering over 20,000 square meters that delivers a premium working environment. Additional regional branches in Changsha, Chengdu, Hangzhou, Huizhou and other cities are under steady preparation, with the global layout continuing to expand.
